Hey Mommer–

Still having lots of fun, but kind of ready to come home.  Beirut has been like a ghost town…not too many people out on the streets b/c the situation is kinda tense right now.  Tons of Lebanese military around…it’s weird.  And the Lebanese men…they’re worse than the Italians, Mommer!  Always staring and saying stuff–so anyways, I’m ready to return to some normalcy.  At the same time, I feel like life won’t be quite so texturized when I get back to the States.  We leave for Istanbul tomorrow night.  I miss you sooooooo much, and I hope I get to see you soon after I get back home.  Love you (more)!!!
