bloodaxe_anim.gifpublished in the USA by Miramax, 2003 and in the UK by Bloodaxe Books, 2002.

This is my second Bloodaxe edition and I am completely sold on this British publishing house. Staying Alive is one of the best collections I’ve ever read. It’s going to stay on the night table for a while, maybe indefinately.
