Just to clarify what a Buddy Bag is and what’s in it:
A Buddy Bag is a curated grab bag of stationery and a few little fun things. Everything in it somehow is connected – some things by color; some by theme; and others by an idea. For sure, the bags are not just full of inventory I have too much of or stuff I need to get rid of in my shop. Many of the things are brand new items just made available by my suppliers. A lot of them are things I have acquired because I had an idea or were inspired by something in particular.

For example:
Last week, I filled an order for a gal I’ve known just about all my life. While finishing it up, I remembered that she has the cutest little puppy dog. I wished I had something to put in her bag to represent that.

Anyway, I mailed the package I had curated; then, immediately, starting looking for some items related to pets that I could, perhaps, include in the bags.

I found this precious puppy note clip that instantly fit the bill. I loved the shimmery multi-colors. It was so cute (like my friend/customer’s dog); and it made me kinda happy to look at it. I ordered four of them. Also, I found other puppies and dogs, and kittens, and ladybugs, cardinals, turtles, dragonflies – there’s so many cool things out there that I had not thought about.

You know, sometimes you just find your groove and there’s nothing else to do but go with it. My mind was on a roll. I couldn’t rest until I found certain compliments to the puppy clip. And I did find something that connects in a sublime sorta way.

Here’s the big reveal:
A glitter wand.
A stress reliever.
An anti-anxiety tool.
A sensory toy.
A joy-maker. A happy-maker.

I think everyone could use one of these.

I’ll end by saying that not every Buddy Bag will hold a puppy note clip or a glitter wand, but I can promise to curate something that speaks to you in some way, or, at least, that’s what I hope will happen.
